CMDC Ltd. is working on complete reconstruction and development of this residential home in the Bahamian gated community of Old Fort Bay. We are very strict about the materials and footprint of our work. Our client was interested in an economically and environmentally sustainable outcome, and we did everything to respect these wishes. The project is expected to be completed in the latter part of 2021.
